whoooooooo! today we had water/land pt! whoa, super long nv exercise man. the running process was rather torturing to my delicate pampered fats. but :D feels good to be exercising once again. but i'm feeling the after-effects of exertion now...
we ran for about.. is it 3.3 km? yeah one round around bedok reservoir luh. then did sets of muscle toning exercises like superman, sit-ups, push ups etc along the way. and there was kayaking after that! :D omg. i really love kayaking. q fun. played water polo and stuff. had q a fun experience experimenting with how you can kayak on a sit-on-top kayak. i.e. me and jillian faced each other and kayaked HAHA. one person had to backpaddle and one person had to paddle forward, so the coordination was q screwed, especially at desperate times of getting a spiky pink ball thrown at us, we'll go, "AHHHHHHHHHH THE BALL'S COMING!! MOVE MOVE MOVE!!! (and the kayak doesnt move cos the directions we paddle minus off each other = zero displacement).. which direction ahhh!"
haha super hilarious. gets tiring after awhile lol. and whoa, today talked to jillian alot. HAHA. i think one weird thing about us is that maybe we never talk for months, but after that we can get along perfectly fine and are very straightforward on some issues still.. LOL. not bad not bad (: i wanna find a day to go rollerblade with her :D
now i just feel like curling up on my bed and sleep..
