today went to sch for orientation camp comm meeting.. yay, next year's orientation camp will be SUPER FUN! (: but let's leave it as that for now... :D

after the meeting, went to jurong east to meet up with kristy and jh, (coincidentally daniel took the same bus as me to go je to get his almost-extinct-chem-workbook)hahaha. we packaged everything up as much as our aesthetic abilities can bring us to, and got ready to go to lynna's house. to our dismal, it was raining SUPER HEAVILY. gosh, what a nice timing! so me, kristy, and daniel braved the heavy rain under our fragile little umbrellas, and tore across the misty roads, screaming our lungs out 'cos water was splashing everywhere and it was DAMN COLD. haha!

shld have taken a video man... super hilarious. i wisely chose to wear a white shirt today, so end up being half transparent (the right side of my whole entire body was wet) HAHA. anyway, SO the brave (and wet) trio went over to lynna's house to deliver the presents secretly (well, planned to.). we rang the doorbell, nobody answered. so we guessed that no one is at home. so we decided to slot the presents in nicely at the doorstep.

and...

"kaiting!"

came my name and we turned around and "AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! LYNNA!?!??!?!?!?!"

hahahah and yes, our belated birthday girl was standing outside her own doorstep looking at us hahahahahahahah. shortly, we were caught in the act and we just screamed for 5 seconds.

"what are u guys doing here?"

"URM URM" -sheepish look- "ohhhhhhh you know we were just walking around the neighbourhood.. shopping you know, shopping, YEAHHHHHH!"

"urh........."

"hehehehhehe" - scoots off and giggle and talk loudly at the lift area.

YEAHHHH. it was kinda stupid as you can see/read, since we got caught by lynna -.= LOL. but overall im happy that lynna liked the presents (: hehe.

now i want to rant. ABOUT MY MOTHER. she is seriously. weird.
other than thinking that i shldnt waste time on my friends/with friends, she is totally WEIRD. she doesnt approve of shopping with friends. she doesnt approve of going to the library with friends. she doesnt approve of me going out as and when i like, whatever i do i need to tell her. and if lets say i say im coming home at like 4. i end up reaching home at 5. and she will say i lied to her. and when i decide to leave a stupid INSIGIFINICANT trekking pole in the oac store, she kicks up a fuss about it and say i cannot be trusted and i ALWAYS lose things and keep bringing up a bucket i lost two years back. when i told her the pole is safe in sch, she say "i don believe you. you always lie."

COME ON. GET A LIFE WILL YOU!?!?!?! sorry. i know im extremely rude now.

she thinks that CCA commitments are a burden. stuff like going to east coast to cycle and blah blah are seen as UNNECESSARY and VOLUNTEERY. when i say i wan to go for camps, she will say.

"again? you always have stuff. last time still go cycling. everyday go out go out go out. when are these gonna stop?"

but im sorry. this is only the start you know. i dont know how im gonna explain to her that i have two events for oac next year that i need to plan for and it is NECESSARY.

i bet she will just say "you just want to play all day long. activities activities activities non-stop. its like not even compulsory. you can choose to opt out for it, just that you dowan. just cos you LIKE TO PLAY."

worse come to worse she will tell me to draw out of the comm like nobody's BUSINESS. like pulling out clothes from the cupboard.

there are many mean things that she said about me, about my friends too. which i dont feel like recalling, cos the memory simply makes me feel insulted too.

i seriously dunno what is wrong. is it me who ask for things too much. or is it her who is over-restrictive. i believe that i've reached a stage whereby i can choose what i want to go for in CCA activities, and be respected for what i NEED to do and not just dismiss them and say it is all unnecessary.

other than all these. my mom is perfectly fine.

im happy but grumpy at the same time. hahahahhaaha. weird mixture.
but yeah, im leaving for china tomorrow, looking forward to it(:
take care everyone.
